My last post just consisted of pictures and no text due to the fact that I was updating my blog during a thunderstorm and lost power. However, I just recovered all that text so feel welcomed to go back and read what all those pictures were about. I don't blame you if you don't though. I'm just glad I found if for my own sake.
Uncle Bob on the 4th of July!
The day after the 4th, Wade put on a little firework show for us all and we got to play with sparklers!
We're a little worried that Aubrey may become a little Pyro, because she loved the sparklers and loved scaring us all as she swung in around aimlessly.

Brenton on the other hand was a little more cautious about all the fireworks as this was the closest we could get him to holding his own sparkler. Most of the time he clung onto Chris or Emily.
Aleigha was a little Sparkler Princess.
Sadly, she learned to be a Sparkler Princess from her Dad and not her Mom.
Aubrey is becoming an awesome little swimmer. She can hold her breath and swim to someone with a little push. She says so proudly, "I Brave, I Brave" When she resurfaces.
Brenton is getting really brave too, but going under the water isn't his favorite. Slap on his water shoes and he becomes invincible.

Holy cow! I can't believe Aubrey can hold her breath! I don't know if Dessie is even confident enough to hold her breath under water...guess we need to get her in the water more. We miss you guys.
